How do i place an order?
Placing an order through Felted is very safe and very easy.
Select a product you would like to purchase. Choose a size/color from the dropdown and then click the 'Buy Now' button. From the cart page you can proceed to checkout. You will need to enter shipping, billing, and contact information during the checkout process. If you need additional help, don't hesitate to contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card payments through our secure checkout process.
What if i order the wrong size?
Send us an email letting us know what size you would like to exchange it for. We'll make sure that item is in stock, and tell you how to send it back to us. You will be charged the appropriate shipping fee to send you a new size. All exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and undirty.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item you want is out of stock, send us an email and let us know. We will reprint it faster, and will notify you when it's available again.
