Has my order been shipped yet? Where is it?
We send email notifications when orders are shipped with estimated delivery times. Make sure you give us a current email address when checking out so we can contact you. International orders can sometimes take longer to receive due to customs procedures. Send us an email if you are really worried.
Can i track my package?
We currently do not provide tracking on packages. We will send you an email notification when your order has been shipped with an estimated time of delivery though.
How much does shipping cost?
Order 3 or more items and receive free priority shipping (US Orders Only)
Felted™ offers multiple shipping options. We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service. In most cases, orders placed before 6 PM central standard time will ship the next day. Costs and delivery times are available using our handy shipping estimator.
